What needed to be true
Real estate agents serving investors live in spreadsheets. The data they need — MLS listings, ROI, deal comparisons — sits in different systems and goes stale the moment it's exported.
PropMetrics needed a single platform that pulls live market data, runs investor analytics, and is locked down properly per role — without an in-house engineering team to build and operate it.
